For the 30-second Property video ordered through this website. Updated 30 September 2026. Existing orders retain the scope agreed at purchase.
Your package
Prices are one-time payments in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. One chosen format is included. The 45-second introductory offer sent directly to prospects is a separate promotion.

Images and brief
This video uses suitable architectural renders supplied for one property. Please send original, usable images, your logo and the wording and contact details you want included. You must have permission to use the material you provide.
Location filming, new architectural modelling and additional services are quoted separately. If your material cannot support the purchased package, we will discuss suitable alternatives or a refund before production starts.
Delivery and review
First preview in 3–5 business days after payment, usable images and a complete brief are received. If you choose to send images later, the delivery period starts when the required material has arrived.
You receive a preview before the final 1080p MP4. Choose landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16) in your brief. One minor final-edit adjustment is included, such as correcting supplied text or adjusting the edit; new imagery, regenerated shots, a new direction, extra cuts and additional formats are quoted separately. Please check the property details, branding and wording. A different creative brief or extra deliverables will be discussed and priced before any additional work is undertaken.
Films may use AI-assisted image animation. They are marketing visuals, not measured architectural walkthroughs. Please review them for an accurate representation of the property before publishing.
Cancellations and refunds
Full refund before production starts. Once work begins, the unused portion is refunded after charging for work already completed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Contact us to cancel or report a problem. Where a deduction applies, we will explain the work completed and the amount retained. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
