Information you provide

When you enquire or order, Showhome receives the contact and project information you submit, including your name, email, optional company and project details, shared-file links and creative brief. We use it to respond, process your order, produce your content and provide support.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes card and payment information directly. Showhome does not receive your full card number or security code. We keep the payment status and references needed to match your payment to your order.

Our website is hosted by Vercel and order information is stored with Turso. The order database is hosted in the United States. Hosting, payment and production providers may process information in other countries. Shared project material may also be processed using the editing, AI production and file-delivery services needed to complete your project.

Keeping and protecting information

Website enquiries and order records are stored with restricted access. We keep information as needed to respond, deliver work, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Please share only material relevant to your project, and avoid including passwords, identity documents or unrelated personal information in project folders.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email ben@showhomemedia.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Submitting a website enquiry saves the details you enter so we can reply. Opening the payment form saves your project brief so it can be matched to the payment. A draft is also held in your browser tab to help you return to checkout.
